We were engaged by Women NSW to design and facilitate an innovation co-lab process to support applicants prepare for a $20 million Domestic and Family Violence (DVF) Innovation Fund.
The Innovation Fund, the first of its kind in Australia, provides financial investment for projects focusing on prevention, early intervention, and crisis response to reduce domestic and family violence in NSW.
We worked with 29 project architects to help them design high impact DFV project. To do this we facilitated them through an innovation process that included framing intent, engaging with the people and organizations needed to turn their vision into reality, and prototyping and test ideas.
Feedback from participants of the co-lab process was overwhelmingly positive - with high value placed on the format of the process as a valuable opportunity to learn, share ideas with peers, and have direct engagement with the Department.
